Vivo sub-brand iQOO has launched the iQOO Neo 3 in China and the smartphone comes with high-end flagship specifications at pretty affordable prices. The iQOO Neo 3 features the Snapdragon 865 SoC paired with 5G connectivity. It also touts a 144Hz display, 44W fast charging support and a 48MP triple rear camera setup, to name a few. The iQOO Neo 3 succeeds last year’s iQOO Neo 855 and is also a new iteration of the iQOO 3 that was unveiled back in February this year. The handset has a similar same punch-hole design as the iQOO 3 to house the selfie camera. The newest iQOO phone may launch in other markets like India, but this has not been confirmed by the brand yet.
iQOO Neo 3 price in China starts at CNY 2,698 (approx Rs 29,000) for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone also comes in 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants that are priced at CNY 2,998 (approx Rs 32,200), CNY 3,298 (approx Rs 35,400) and CNY 3,398 (approx Rs 36,500), respectively. The iQOO Neo 3 will be available on Vivo China online website and select e-commerce websites in China. It is up for pre-orders from today and will go on sale in China from April 29th.
iQOO Neo 3 specifications include a 6.57-inch full HD+ display with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10, 20:9 aspect ratio and 2408 X 1080 pixels resolutions. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage that should be further expandable via a microSD card slot. The iQOO Neo 3 runs Android 10 OS with IQOO UI overlaid on top and has support for Hi-Res Audio with Linear speakers. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port. The iQOO Neo 3 feature 4D Game Shock 2.0, game voice change 2.0, Hi-res sound effects and Game space 3.5 to enhance your gaming experience.
The iQOO Neo 3 has triple cameras at the back consisting of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle-lens and a 2MP macro sensor. The handset ships with 4K video recording, portrait mode, LED flash and more. On the front, there is a 16MP snapper in the punch-hole cutout for selfies and video chats. The handset houses a 4,500mAh battery and supports 44W fast-charging. It measures 163.71 X 75.55 X 8.93mm, weighs 198.83 grams and the smartphone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The iQOO Neo 3 ships with Super liquid cooling to dissipate heat while gaming and other gaming features include Multi Turbo 3 that is capable of reducing network dropouts and freezes, and repair system problems during gaming. There is OCR graphic conversion to intelligently convert the text in the picture into an editable document, full scene NFC, among others.
